To report someone for a scam, we must see evidence of what you would give them and what they would give you in return. Not just discussing a scam or even someone admitting to a scam. We also must see you giving them what you were supposed to give them, and then them not giving you what you were promised. Unfortunately, this is not enough evidence to prove of a scam. I am going to have to close this for lack of evidence, sorry.
