2. The offender's exact ingame name: Scareful
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The player scammed the other player that bought the item. He said "Bid for Sharp IV (PLAIN) for only 10$". But the item was not only sharp iv. It was kb 2, fire 2.
