3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming the same as always and not giving the amount of money he said he would give. Evidence below. 2nd time today I have been scammed. Probably the 100th time I've been scammed in a week and its Tuesday. I would like my money compensated when this is done.

You only recorded yourself waiting for about five seconds on factions...you should've recorded it for longer; he could've just been delayed. Sorry, I don't think this is sufficient evidence but I will ask a head moderator what they think. @kinsey_kid

 

I agree, this isn't sufficient evidence. You would have needed to have stayed longer and given him time to come to the game mode. Unfortunately, we have to deny this for lack of evidence, I'm sorry.
