i paid dary100 500 bill by wrong then he do rankup and he said i dont you didnt give me anything he said i dont have money.

For us to be able to punish the player in this report, we would need to see where you actually paid him the money, what you were giving him money for, and him not following through with the trade. Im very sorry but this isn't enough evidence.
