A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He scammed me on survivalm, we had an agreement that he would pay me $8000 if I pay him $250 on Kitpvp2, and after I payed him he went on survival before me and said the same message but only saying he would pay 3000, then payed the 3000 and then logged off for 5 minutes and came back on. After confronting him he said that he said he would only give me 3000
