Spazk scammed me (Mineknow9) today. He told me he would give me MVP Rank up for $350 on kitpvp. I gave him the money, but he didn't give me the rank. I asked him 4 or 5 times and waited hours for it, but it hasn't arrived. My father also asked him, but he didn't respond.

 

In order to take action, we need valid evidence of the deal taking place, an exchange of one or both sides of the party and so on. I can't do anything about this if you haven't supplied such evidence, sorry.
