3. he scammed me from a rank elite and he said it was for 20k so I payed him and he said never mind and he gave me 15k back and not the 20k so he still owes me 5k

Sorry, but in order to take action, we need valid evidence included in the report. Uploading it to YouTube would be very helpful as most people do not like giving out their Skype to people they don't know, especially Mineverse staff.
