3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: We decided that I would give him $2771 on kitpvp and he promised to give me 110k in return for that. I gave him the money and in return he gave me $1220 on skyblock. Much less than what he promised, he then quickly logged off.

I am also wondering if it would be possible to be refunded the kitpvp money because I am now broke
