Sorry, but I see no suicide encouragement here. He is not aiming the message at anyone in particular by saying 'go kill yourself [player]' or 'everyone die IRL'. This act took place on Infection while a lot of people were still humans, so he could have meant 'everyone die in-game', because he might have wanted to win, which isn't encouraging suicide. I am not justifying people who make death wishes or encourage suicide, but in my opinion, this screenshot is not enough to punish someone. Thank you, though, and have a nice day/night!
