Head mods & head guards cannot deal with something like this, only Cyp is willing to do something like this.
The player should really be banned unless he unclaims the area.

 

How many times has he done this?

 

I'm pretty sure this is his first time doing something like this.
If he has an forum account you could try check his history maybe?

 

For some reason I thought he had done this lately. Searching his name doesn't show me anything. Is it still claimed? Yesterday when I was on, I didn't see any claim while running around.
