He was not being respectful by not going through with his own words, he was not ethical because he did not say sorry or apologize in any type of way, and he was not using common sense because he didn't think that I wouldn't report/get upset at him. Healing himself is not against the rules. His lying about not healing himself is not nice, but is also not against the rules. Thank you for the report.
