Hi Rob, I have warned this player for their use of "stfu" etc. however in future reports, someone calling another player a "loser" is not severe enough to warrant a warning. For future instances, maybe consider /ignore [player] if they are continuously bothering you, if I/another staff member is online we can attempt to talk to the player about it but this unfortunately wont warrant a warning.
