Would just like to add, I'm not sure if this person is hacking or not. The person whom he was fighting against asked me to record and report him. I'm just doing as asked, because honestly I'm not sure at all.

It is extremely hard to tell if that player was hacking or not because the player he was facing could have not even been aiming at him or anything along those lines. This being said I am going to have to deny this report.
