      Jaykai2 Was not follow ESPA Rules by stealing others items when killed and burning them, not giving back.

      Again, we can't hold someone responsible for not following a player-made warp rule. If they kill someone and decide not to give it back, that's entirely up to them and we can't do anything about that.
