Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

2. The offender's exact ingame name: Maxamul and zBuildShxnee
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: discussing illegal activity (drug use) and when asked to not discuss this in public chat and just use /msg they kept arguing they weren't doing anything wrong even though every other player was telling them they were making them uncomfortable and to please use private message.
