Firstly, the screenshot provided appears to be cropped as shown from the left-hand side you can see that some of the text is cut off. Secondly, I wouldn't consider this report valid. Leaking private information has to be reported by the user whose information gets leaked, judging by the conversation there is no indication that iShadowZ is directing it to you nor does it even appear that he is even talking to you.
