The evidence provided is unfortunately insufficient for a ban. Screenshots of people being outside the map is only enough for a warn 1st offence. I did however join infection myself and saw them hack. They've therefore been banned for 31d, but not because of the evidence you provided. Thanks for letting us know he's hacking nontheless.
