3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Threating me by saying I will let them kill you if you don't leave the gold (that is a paraphrasing of what he said not the exact words).

I don't personally see this as an in real life death threat. I think that he said he would let them kill you in-game, not in real life. With this being a pvp game mode, I firmly believe that this was an in-game threat. Closing for lack of evidence.
