We need video evidence of this happening to punish the player. The way chat logs work is that they log everything that is seen in chat - there is no way to prove that they used a macro just by chat logs, hence it'll just be something like: rehaq: /heal * Since you've already stated in the report that you don't have the sufficient evidence, I will be closing this.
