A description of what rule they broke: Disagreeing on every new no support on DeltaMC's mod app.

Evidence:

I know it's not rate abuse, but why did I get a disagree? I honestly don't think the player is ready quote yet, and I have my opinion. This player will probably try to avoid rate abuse. :/

Players are allowed to disagree with you. If you don't understand his disagree, I suggest you asking him why. He may jot provide you an explanation, and he doesn't have to. If he rate abuses, we will take action. We will keep an eye on this. If you find he is rate abusing, please report that.
