He said retard to Ur11. He couldn't say it because of the filter so if you read further he said: re tard so he bypassed the filter.
Im not really going to warn for something like this in a report. If he were in-game I might would talk to him about it. I just went in to see if by chance he was on, and he wasn't. If I happen to catch him in-game, I will talk to him about it. If he were to have said cuss words or something worse than this, I would have warned. Yes, he did technically bypass the filter, but I just can't put a warning on someone's account for something like this, sorry.
