I have a few comments to make on this.

Firstly, your aim is not always the best, at times your cross hairs are flying all over the place.

Secondly, the knock-back of this player is severely delayed due to his high ping, this high-ping is also what causes some of his hits to look as though they are coming from farther away than is possible in vanilla Minecraft.

Taking into account his ping, I do not believe I can ban him for this.
