I know it is not the 3+ that it talks about in the rules, but I do find it slightly abusive. He is never on, but out of nowhere, last night and this morning he disliked two of my posts for no apparent reason.

 

Unfortuneatly this is not classed as rate abuse and there is nothing I can do. If they had rated you 3 times then I could take actions but as it stands I cannot.
