Even though the entirety of this video is my 1v1 with Matrix_Mercenary (who conveniently started the fight as soon as I started recording) but if you skip to 0:13 and in the background you can hear the "fast eat" sound and see QubedVenom have a gap in his hand and his health going up. If you slow the speed down it helps too.
Im sorry, there just isn't enough evidence to prove that it was him that was doing the fast eat. I do hear it but with the quality of the video, there just isn't enough proof here.
