He gets a hit at 2 seconds where we are on equal ground and he still has a huge range advantage. He is also jumping during a combo, this would normally mess up his kb forcing me back too far to hit, but in this case he has the range to continue it. I believe GANGMEMBERG0D was banned for a similar instance.
