      3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: I bought a friend of mine a rank. The rank was Premium, and he hasnt recieved it yet, we have been waiting for more than an hour for it.
      4. Video/screenshot of the glitch: none
      5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: none
      The friends name is Trinity2016_ btw
