Problems with Ranking Up on Towny?

Hello There! I'm new to these forums so sorry if I didn't use the correct format and other things. So my problem is that on Towny I'm seeming to have trouble ranking up. My friend tells me I'm "glitched" and so I should report it via forums. I am following his instructions and am making a thread towards it. If any Staff member would fix this problem that would be very much appreciated

OK currently there are a few technical hitches with towny and cyp is on vacation, once he gets back he will likely add signs you can use to rank up

Cypriot has since fixed the rankup issue.
