1. Your ingame name: LimeCoconutShake
2. The offender's ingame name: PrincessEm1ly, _Mrs_Fox_, Cell_Phones, and adriancrosby1
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The players spammed, used (caps protect), and promoted spam. I've seen this occur over the past few days, and it's really getting out of hand. I don't wish to "tattle" on these players, but I don't know how else I'm supposed to prevent this from happening.
