I know that this isn't a basis to ban, but is a basis for suspicion, so ip checking and getting the real pitato to verify would be the only way we know for sure. More suggestive evidence: its vs it's (when it should be it's for it is/was) I also see no case of the real pitato using "w/" in place of with.
