Your ingame name: Skillbill63 Moderator name: PopIs_MyLife A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: PopIs_MyLife has recently brought 5 recent invalid bans. I believe he/she lacks of expiernance. The first ban he delieved to me after being away for about 2/3 months being suprised by a new moderating team hopefully being better and stronger than that last. But thats the complete oppisite to what I have experienced now. The first ban was to be tempairly, that wich he kept as a point to keeps us 3 bannned that is not relevant to the direct evidence being handed out to me as well as blaming me for my past bans wich I still to believe are invalid. This does not matter in wich case as he handed us all 2 day bans. That is clearly stated in the rules that "appeal temporary bans consisting of 1 day or less. They will not be considered." by cy The evidence is here --->> He/she banned us (I cant really tell wich gender you are lmao soz) all 3 of us being ported on the title on the video. Fluxninja and Skillbill63 was not related to the evidence that was being given. Thunder said "1v1 in mines". Now, how are we apost know that? All three of us are not in direct communication with each other meaning it impossible for us to ecknowledge. Pops said in my ban appeal to the ban --->> In the evidence all of us are clearly not in a "room". We was all in a closed area wich a clear exit pass, making it NOT a trap. He also claims I tped in that is clearly NOT IN THE EVIDENCE, accusing me of false accusations. I assume MaxNinja was the other "discussed the report with other mods." As well Fluxninja DID NOT EVEN TOUCH WILLIAM! I do admit that Pops decreased Fluxninja ban to 6 hours. That should still be completly taken away. (This all counts to 3 invalid bans due to the multiple people involved) The 4th invalid ban he admitted after the case that lasted for about 48 hours disscusing with other mods. This shows that hes not confident in himself taking responsiblity for his actions. Pops thought that Thunder was "Fly Hacking" claimed by the reporter. Thunder was simply bowed or hit with a kb sword of a tree or the ground of the map. In a screenshot you can't tell with a person is falling or "Flying". That I would personaly consider a lack of evidence. But I still keep my ground. I calmly accepted his first invalid ban that I knew it was. Everyone natually sides with a moderator, but I'm prepared to battle that. But with this last ban. It's so clear, you must of had no knowedge at all. (Future me) After I put Pops moderator rank on the line, he finally posted. No apology. I know everyone make mistakes, but after a limit, I don't see why we should be so lenient. But after five?! (in one week with common people I know) I can't. I believe action should be taken on Pops_MyLife. I will take alot of hate without a dought. But just suggesting someone better to take his place. As for the moderators are apost to protect are community, and if they can not do this I ask why become a moderator if you can not do your job?
Feel free to apply warning points if you want. First of all, he's a guy, it's not professional at all to try to insult people in reports. Secondly, everyone makes mistakes, hacks can be hard to see and determine, he apologized and everybody survived. Thirdly, they're temp bans that are BARELY appealable, what's the point.

I know this is about pop but do you know how many mistakes I have made already he is still learning. I am still and we are getting better from it. A few mistakes are ok. We AREN'T robots, we have a life and we arent perfect. Players expect us to be perfect try wearing our shoes unfortunately I cant handle this report. We all make mistakes this is just my opinion. Everyone has made mistakes in there lives.
I know everyone make mistakes, but after a limit, I don't see why we should be so lenient. The report's he has made that beleive that invalid are with only the people I know commonly, only god knows how many more people this has happend to.

First off I would like to say that it is not @Skillbill63's job to be professional, he doesn't have a job here at all, so there was not reason to bring that up. @Skillbill63 is a well-known player here, and he does reports often. We understand Pops has made mistakes, but he didn't bother doing more research to prevent these mistakes. He is too willing to make mistakes, and that's not how it works. You're job is to protect the community, not change, nor try to learn from mistakes, even if it is our main way of learning, that does not give you the right to treat someone like complete s*** until you learn that what you have done is wrong. You have a staff team, and yes they all make mistakes. The team is there to support one another and help each other in several situations, which you completely ignored in this particular situation. I'm in no way insulting you, just a little reminder. Ciao.
If you think hacks are hard to determine that means you have little to no experience of being mod. If your staff on an server you WILL deal with hackers. Even if you have trouble ask me, I helped pile on so many reports and none were invalid. This is a message to you mods. If you need help ask me.
Ok, look. He has been a mod a very short time. You guys lately are so report hungry. We make mistakes. Sure I have made mine. He is learning. This is not a reason for demotion at this time. Should he ask other staff for opinions if he is unsure on a report? ABSOLUTELY. This report has brought his attention to the matter. He is an eager new staff member trying to do his best. He has rushed a few things obviously and I will speak to him about taking more time on things. This is not a competition with the other staff. Banning incorrectly is serious, but guess what, you can be unbanned and you will be apologized to if it is incorrect. Now if this were to continue to happen following this report or in the future as he progresses as a moderator then we will take it into consideration. But the fact remains, being a mod for only two weeks does not make you a subject matter expert in any way. You guys need to relax and understand no one is perfect, not me, not Cyp, not the other mods. Mistakes are a part of learning and I thank you for bringing this to our attention or he wouldn't learn from it. I will work with him more as he continues to progress as a moderator on Mineverse. For now, he will correct the mistakes that were made but this is not demotable at this time.
