Thing is that I can't do /check. It doesn't work for me, I tried to check him already and it says that the player never joined the server. Tried to mute him for 1sec too and then doing /check but I got the same message.

Ah. If I'm not mistaken /check is Case sensitive if you get 'player not found'.
Example: Instead of typing in ssmh type in SSMH.
If it still doesn't work in the next hour I'll handle this.
