Ok there is a faction at spawn that is hogging some of the materials some people need or want to use, people like me. The faction name is called BROweOP. I don't think I a screenshot for something you can see your self on Factions (non-OP). The things you cant use are some anvils and 3 out of 4 enchanting tables. I dont think it should be bannable but please delete the faction or give notice because it gets annyoing, and if you say they have resources there they don't. They don't have resources there because its spawn, and you cant place anything at spawn.
