3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Player Disrespect. I like to note this is the second time that he has done said this to me. He really hates me and will continue to say this in chat until he gets muted.

I don't deem this disrespect. Unless you're insecure about your own sexuality (or homophobic) I don't see why this should bother you. Of course harassment is a different issue, if this player continues to mention or imply your supposed sexual orientation repeatedly then please make another report with multiple screenshots of him/her doing so.
