He had just pulled back up the water after laying these boats. I was about half a second too short taking the screenshot with the water still down
So your first video shows players in boats but no one placing the water to punish. The next video shows possibly CrumpetMuncher but you cut off the the top so much that I can't see the username. :/ I am going to have to deny this report. Sorry :/
