3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: having a hacked client, i am not sure this is illegal for a moderator but just to make sure i posted this for the sake of it!

This was in a ban appeal where Pile_of_Butts banned ReeseSW here http://www.mineverse.com/threads/reesesw-disrespecting-staff-pile_of_butts.2415/ in the photo there is a different logo of the minecraft app at the bottom pinbar! i will circle it but this logo is the logo of Nodus, please check it out. i love all the mods here but i am just doing my best to keep hacked clients off this server

 

First of all.
That's not a hacked client, I have that same logo while loading up default and Nodus.
Secondly.
Mods are allowed hacked clients, as it helps us catch hackers.

 

k nobody ever told me that hacked clients are allowed to find hackers for mods :/ please archive
