I am sure this report is just going to be archived because of people saying : "omged pile is so awesome how cud u say dis" and "Dumb. Pile is amazing <3 u @pleie" but I just want people to be aware that she has abused me and I just have a sliver of hope that some kind of punishment shall be issued and my false ban should be risen. Your ingame name: Oniontacobean Moderator name: Pile_of_Butts A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The story I'm about to tell you is a disgusting display of abuse from a previously fantastic moderator. It started like this. I was in the spawn of KitPvP and I messaged Pile asking her why she locked my appeal, preventing me from providing valid points about what she had to say. I mistakenly looked over her response and asked her again. Pile got rude about it saying "omg onion I already said it!" I was already shaken up from being still banned from prison, there was no need to be a jerk about it. She said she locked it to "prevent rate abuse wars" which had already been resolved so her point was invalid. monkey_boy was questioning her about skillbill's ban appeal which many players agree should be accepted, and she banned him for a day without warning. Moments after this a player was spamming questions and I told him to "stfu." Not realizing it pile told me to "mind my biz" when explaining where to find an archived report and my "Stfu" message appeared after Piles which lead to me explaining to her that the message was not for her and meant for the spammer. Thinking she would understand, as most mods would, I went to go PvP and chat with players and I had been muted for 2o minutes! This is a disgusting act of abuse that made me lose the last remaining respect I had for her. The understanding person I am, lead to me continuing my gameplay while muted. Pile, being the attention-sponge she tries so hard to be, she stated "C'mon guys can i just do the reports?!?" Using the /bukkit:me command, I replied "You can look at the appeals and possibly do your job." I was disconnected after that and i tried to re-log into the server and I was temporarily banned from the server for 20 minutes! Ridiculous. Absolute abuse. Purely because you are "mod" doesn't mean anything that offends you counts as abuse. I shifted over to OPPvP to wait out my temporary ban. After about 5 or so minutes I used the command /kitpvp, but I was banned for "staff abuse". This is a selfish act that would be greatly appreciated to be undone. She gave no warning of the abuse and gave me false hope that i would be able to join again in twenty minutes. Not to mention she banned monkey_boy for a day for stating skillbill should be unbanned because he clearly was not hacking in the video provided. Monkey and I chatted about this in OP for a few minutes and we both decided I should create this report. This reminds me of a teacher I had several years ago. She was a teacher for around thirty years. I bet she was a lovely lady back when he was about ten years into her job but she became more and more rude towards the end of her career. I feel the same way about Pile. She's had her time being mod and has now just given up being kind and respectful to players who don't kiss up to her 24/7. Evidence/screenshots. Several people were online at the time. I remember Dontchallengeme and Texas(numbers). Monkey was banned right after me, he can back this story up completely.
I'm not going on anyone's side right now. Let's wait for Pile to share her side of the story and not post things after this unless involved. Moderators can misunderstand things or make mistakes. Even if what you said was not directed to her, instead the spammer, she still had to enforce the rules and mute you because it counted as profanity.

You prob don't know Pile well enough, but she says that stuff as a joke and in no case qualifies as evidence for demotion. It's probably just backstory tho. It was locked to prevent escalation, do you want people fighting on your appeal? No. Also, you should never ever question a moderator in regards to appeals. If you believe they're abusing you just report it. And saying 'You should look at reports and do your job' using /bukkit:me is not only extremely rude, but you evaded a mute. If you think about it, she isn't going to know the stfu wasn't for her unless you told her. You didn't, therefore you were muted. Your fault. Not hers. The staff team doesn't take crap from anyone at all. You were clearly not banned for staff abuse. You disrespected staff. Therefore ban. It's not a selfish act. Nowhere is she doing anything for personal gain. Nothing selfish about it. You don't get a warning for a ban. Banned players don't deserve the luxury. She banned Monkey because he was repeatedly questioning her about her appeal. Not his. Like I stated, do not question the appeals, and if you have evidence, report the mod for abuse. As for the last part, your words are downright disgusting. She is kind to me even though I don't 'kiss up' to her. As far as I know, the only kiss ups are people who just want to mooch off her prefix. Those are easy to spot. Never have I seen Pile not be kind to someone who isn't kissing up. Onion you said "stfu" which I ignored until you said "That stfu was for you Pile". That's when I muted you. You bypassed the mute using the the bukkit command more than 3 times before I decided to temp ban you for 20 mins. Scrolling up I saw your comment instructing me on how to moderate correctly and I changed your temp-ban to a ban. I'll start off by stating the obvious horrible mouth you have. You have been in trouble more than a few times for staff disrespect. You continue to push the limits on what you can get away with saying every single day. You are a constant problem player with a horrible history of hacks and disrespect. Just today alone you were issued warning points for rate abusing a player, muted for your once again disrespect to staff, temp-banned for bypassing the mute using the bukkit command and ultimately banned for telling me how to do my job correctly. I have been in and out of game all day doing reports, every time being harassed by you in the chat and in private messages about your ban appeal, which I told you many times I would look over. You pushed too far this time and landed yourself yet another ban.

I did not question a mod in an appeal I was just expecting the usual "innocent until proven guilty" discussion until she denied it. She just flat out said "No you hack denied." Staff disrespect? If someone who can dish out can't take simple things then don't be surprised if you are retaliated to. She clearly does not like me and was probably giggling out of her boots when she saw the opportunity to ban me. Pile banned monkey for questioning her about Skill's appeal and she was too busy blabbing on with her fanboys instead of taking two seconds to say anything. Since ScoFu13 banned me for language, I've tried to tone it down. 3. I've been in trouble for staff disrespect? Really? That's something I don't recall. Only time I remember was you. Just now. 4. I disagree completely. My mind is allergic to stupid people so insults are a common thing for me. I try to make them factual and as least insulting as I possibly can. 5. I was banned once for hacking. Once. Back when Gwism bothered to ban people. I've changed. The ban from prison is something I don't consider hacking but for some reason you do. Again. First time getting in trouble for disrespect. 6. I'm not stupid. If I had known four "dumbs" was rate abusing it would not have happened. As of now I am completely aware. About the "problems" Yup. Onion the moment I come in game I am spammed in the chat and in messages... SO much so It makes doing reports and appeals quite a difficult task at times. I try my best to keep the chat free of swearing and disrespect, I am not above making mistakes. I am human. I obviously misread your comment. For that I am sorry. As for this: Absolutely untrue.
Only people you were chatting with were the ones filling their messages with "<3 pile <333 <333" Monkey and I were shut out. If you needed a break there are other mods to assist you in the reports. OhhGlaze is new he probably needs some practice handling them. Firo is new as well. I think you were tired of reports and just banned Skill to get it over with and refused to change your ruling just to make it seem legit.
This is the problem. You fail to mention about your past times with us. You have been punished majority relating to hacking and disrespecting. Which is probably why the team is tight with you. Your attitude towards the staffs all really just provides then with another reason to keep you banned. These kinds of offense are never tolerated, ever, and you know the rules. You've been on the server for some time now, and you know what happens to hackers/rule breakers. Let's not make a whole staff to player argument here, if you are truly sorry for anything you may or may not have done, we can get up, shake hands, and move on, i'm sure Pile is willing to give you a second chance. You consider that mute time abuse? Wow... There are other servers where if you did what you did, your minimum mute time would be 1-2 months... This in no way was abuse.
You deserved this punishment that was issued to you. You always are fighting against it, even though Pile knows what she did was right. Just stop opposing it and actually accept a punishment for your actions! We can't sit on our computers all day and talk to 87 people at a time. This report is not valid, nor does it have anything against Pile. Locking and Archiving.
