Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: Arabic_Bear
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Phj25
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Hacking. You can see that each time I slowed down the video, he hits me without even looking. He looks the other way, but he is able to turn and hit me directly when I am close to him.
