these donor people are trap killing in the nether they are waiting four players to do /warp nether and enter the portal and then they will be killed

here is some evidence:

People are well aware that the nether is pvp enabled.
If they chose to go to "/warp nether" and go through the portal it is their own choice.
Also the sign clearly says "PVP arena".
