      2. Game mode that the bug and/or glitch is effecting: Parkour
      3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: Players on level VI cannot rankup to VII as the sign is broken.
      4. Video/screenshot of the glitch:
      5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: Try ranking up from VI to VII.
