2. The offender's exact ingame name: Parentheses
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They had a cactus item and but it on auc. I think this would be glitched item/ Illegal Item

Just owning something like this isn't against the rules as many people have items that are not legally attainable anymore. If you had a video or screenshot of him actually glitching it, that would be different. Closing for lack of evidence.
