Evidence : 6/7 of the dislikes he has given in the past 8-9 days have been to me, it's pretty clear he isn't disliking a lot in general, but just stalking what I post to dislike it, clear case of targeting.
You've also targeted him, with the constant disrespect. And he's been disrespectful to you. You've had multiple warnings, and so has he. The ratings will stand because 6 have been in the last 9 days. I will talk with Parad0x about this.
