Please include: Your ingame name: 284 The offender's exact ingame name: PandaKillz A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Panda was confronted by a fellow player after finding out that Panda was making fun of the other player's little sister who has cerebral palsy. I jumped in a told him how wrong it was after Panda keep going on and on saying horrible things to the other player about his sister, and then to me. Panda then went over the line and said that the little girl should be dead. I firmly believe this violates some guidelines and I was honestly disgusted at this behavior. I rarely get this passionate about something but this really bothered me. Evidence/full screenshots:
