      Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

      2. The offender's exact ingame name: Oturner
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming Coinflips
      4. Evidence/full screenshots: https://medal.tv/clips/27669760/d1337MEi9Ce4 The guy doing winner gets 200 dollars and I won once and he paid the second time he didn't pay and scammed me.
