I pay and he doesn't give me the email for it and changes the password. Before the trade, I asked mods if I could get a refund if I was scammed, and they said yes, because it was a rule Janice implemented. I had a long talk with Turtles about it along with a brief talk with Janice, who at the time was busy with the new infection maps. It's been two months but I have not been refunded.
