      I don't understand what he was scamming you of? Can you please explain what you're trying to tell us and report him for and what this evidence shows us?

      Why are you reporting the user? In the video and the screenshot you said for the reported user to pay you back $400 or give you the item that you requested, and he did give you back the $400.

      I see no reason to report him/her when he/she gave back your money. You had much time to explain.
