At first i told him i owe someone 5tril. But he was a friend of mine and So then I said sure and when he was going to pay it back. He said on MONDAY (today) he would pay me back 2tril. I said ok fine. Then he added he would give me 5tril to pay of my debt not the 2tril. I said that's fine. Today (Monday) He has given me 1tril which i gave him but as a matter of fact he hasn't given the full amount like he said. Evidence/screenshots: Note how all the screenshots were taken 3 days ago
The money borrowed was returned. A player does not need to keep their word of giving extra money if they wish not to. You can speak to him in game about said extra money but no rule was broken.
