For3va has scammed many people and keeps doing so. The reason this video is a bit off is that he is very cautious and never mentions scamming so it took me and Derps a half an hour conversation to break him. He scams on his alts so he doesn't get caught and he scammed:
-Bessegen: 25tril
-Sithkitty: 5tril
-Many more (check ban reports for bobbyrocket33 scamming)

I have reviewed everything multiple times just to make sure I am understanding everything correctly.

For3va is both:

• bobbyrocket33
• Bacca_PlayzFTW

In the video he attempts to scam players, the deal being in-game money for a Donor rank or rank upgrade, but no evidence is shown of him actually scamming anyone.

You also state that both Bessegen and sithkitty have been scammed by For3va/bobbyrocket33/Bacca_PlayzFTW, of which account is not specified. If one of these two players comes forward with a report and evidence of the scam taking place something can be done, then and only then.

Until then the player will only be warned and if this continues to be a problem and evidence is brought forth more action will be taken.
