Strength potions were never illegal. They are still not illegal. Yes the brewing stations have now been removed but there has been no official rule about them not being allowed, nor have we been told by our hierarchy that they are not allowed. Now they are just a dying and rare commodity and once all brewing stands have been removed, there wont be any more potions unless people hang on to them.
