I have looked everywhere, even with their old name, and cannot find the proof of this player being banned. If anyone else cannot find it, then this report probably should be denied.

I understand it shows that Scorvix banned them, but I have searched in reports banned and in his ban log for evidence regarding this player and it does not exist. If the evidence cannot be found we cannot reban the player in my opinion. Unless Scorvix has the proof elsewhere, there isn't much we can do. You don't remember banning them at all?
