See the problem with screenshots is they can be taken when someone jumps off or is falling. A time when screenshots can be used without hesitation for banning someone for flying is then the player is not near any objects. This player is near enough to the parkour that they could be falling. If you have any with them further away I would be more than willing to ensue punishment on the reported player.
